L appartamento é composto da spazioso bagno, cucina abitabile, soggiorno, 2 balconi che danno sul grande giardino condominiale.
Mi occupo io del bucato e delle pulizie. NO coppie uomo+donna, si 2 donne .
115 E a settimana, luce, gas, internet comprese. L affitto può essere anche a breve termine.
Via Sem Benelli 16, a 500 Mt dalla fermata MM1 Uruguay ( a 20 min dal Duomo), zona servitissima da negozi e supermercati.
