E' richiesta pulizia, attenzione e rispetto degli spazi comuni in condivisione con gli inquilini presenti nella casa.
L'appartamento, al terzo piano con ascensore, è comodo ai mezzi e alla stazione dei treni.
La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica, vicino a molti negozi e al centro commerciale Fiumara.
Ideale per i lavoratori di Ansaldo, Leonardo Labs, Ikea, Amazon ecc.
Bagno, cucina e sala sono in comune.
Sono richieste
- 30 euro per la registrazione del contratto
- Deposito cauzionale (1 mese)
Al canone andranno aggiunte 100 euro mensili di spese (amministrazione, acqua, luce, gas, canone tv, fibra fastweb, controllo fumi).

A room, furnished as well, is available for rent in area Fiumara, Sampierdarena, (100 meter from the Mall), starting from 1st December 2023 for either students or workers.
The apartment, recently restructured and very well sunlighted, is nice looking and in a quiet area. Next to all kind of public transportation services you might need (both Busses and Trains have a stop 100 meter from the building).
The apartment's very big living room (30m^2) is available to all roommates. All furniture and electronic devices (such microwave, digital inverter washing machine etc) are newly bought and never used.
The room's rent costs 400 Euros for month (only one person, and please not-smoker).
The price includes any kind of administrative expense such as electricity, gas, internet (fastweb fiber), rai tv fee.
