Arredato a nuovo, prezzo 360€ più 120€ di spese tutto compreso (spese condominiali, luce, riscaldamento, internet con fibra TIM ad alta velocità, etc..); a fine gestione verrà effettuato il conguaglio (che negli ultimi anni è stato minimo). Dalle spese sono escluse unicamente le spese per la Tari.

The other 2 rooms are already occupied by 2 Engineering students of Polito. Next to Conad supermarket and easy access to bus and tram lines 33, 56, 42, 15, and 16. The amount due monthly consists of 360 Euro of rent, plus 120 Euro for all the other expenses (including electricity, gas, heating expenses, fast TIM fiber internet, etc.), excluded the garbage collection fee. There will be an official contract, the duration of which can be agreed on mutually.
