Exchange a room in Paris, sleeps 2, during the olympics, for house in Italy

This is a wild idea, but why not? "Loction, location, location" except sometimes, timing...around the olympics, the prices for lodging this Summer in Paris are obscene, so maybe you would be willing to exchange your house in Italy for a room (9.25 m², of the 48 total of the flat) in the 18th district?
Our apartment is small, but beautiful, in a practical star lay-out, well equipped, in an Haussmann building. On the second floor with high, moulded ceilings, it is situated in-between two courtyards, so very quiet and peaceful. There is a full kitchen (including a washing machine), a living room, a closet, separate toilettes, a bathroom with a bathtub and wonderful water pressure for showers, and two bedrooms: in the smaller room lives our daughter, a young professional in the hotel industry, and both have double beds with delicious bedding, wardrobes, desks, and excellent wifi. You can store your bikes or pushchairs on the bottom floor of the building. This does not need to be a direct exchange as we can come at a different time... Chiudi
